As a first step, please add BlackShot client to the exceptions list in your Anti-Virus and Firewall. Remove the entire GameGuard folder typically under (C:\BlackShot_SEA\BlackShot\System). Once you are done, open the game by right clicking on Patcher.exe and choose the “Run as an Administrator” option. Also, try to close all other running programs while you are running BlackShot.
If the above process didn’t work, try to uninstall the game completely, delete all BlackShot folders and files manually and clear your Recycle Bin, restart your computer and re-download and install the game.
