OBS Not capturing Game? [SHORT]

This is a frequently searched thing on the internet, at first I was having this problem too.

But you're now required to start obs as admin in order to capture a game.

That's pretty much it, I felt like putting this on here since no one some how had the answer on the OBS forums.
