Try to restore your computer...
When I had a virus I just went into the root of the system and deleted all the unwanted or suspicious files, not sure if it worked because I do remember just restoring my pc.
get your internet to computer doctor to have him to be help computer
I strongly recommend AdwCleaner
Completely removes all traces of generic viruses and even uninstalls itself after use.
Does this page only pop up for YouTube though?
ESET + Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as a nice complementary anti-malware software = You should be good.
Usually this doesn't work if the virus is intelligent in some way. Intelligent Viruses nest themselves deep into Windows and/or other programs, basically forcing you to restore or wipe your PC.
Malwarebytes will help you a lot in such a case: Do run it at least twice. A self-reminder (If you have the free version of Malwarebytes) to do it at least monthly to check your system will keep you quite safe. It even detects junk that you may not want, which is awesome.
For doing Backups, Restoring, etc. I would recommend Acronis True Image. Works like a charm.
Reformatting is the best idea
You could go in regedit, if you know what you're doing. :P
