Would you know a similar site where I can purchase agcs?
Or maybe a trusted seller that accepts paypal
What are the risk of using paypal when buying agc?

You can purchase them from here. You can make a PayPal add the credit card, verify it and then try to make a deal here on MPGH. Most users (No offense) won't accept PayPal from you because you have a low post count and rep/thanks.
