SE or Scamming?

Most of persons who commented. are doing refunds/ SEing companies.
Still didn't get it it's the same, scamming is still scam no matter if it's for a person or a company.
why those people who are -SCAMMING- and calling it social engineering didn't get banned yet?
although they collect more money than scamming a person!

SE isn't necessarily scamming in my eyes. Fraud yeah, but it's also finding a loophole in the companies ToS/Rules. Scamming is just straight up not doing your part.
