HashOcean- Ponzi Scheme?

I currently have about $100 USD invested and I am in fact making cash daily by sitting on my ass. Not too much, but I will receive my investment back + keep earning.

I don't really think this is a "scam" or a "ponzi", but it isn't the fastest method for making Bitcoin in my opinion.

I do trust this company with my money.

The website has closed.
It's not confirmed but they probably scammed us, they're sending emails saying they're domain has been hacked but they deleted youtube,twitter,facebook accounts about their website so it's really suspicious.

Hey there

Today I logged on to see that someone was advertising their ref link for HashOcean.

For anyone who might not know what HashOcean is or what it is here a quick heads-up :
You earn the crypto currency "bitcoin" by literally doing nothing.
Upon signing up you get 15 "KH/s", that is basically the speed of which you will mine and in the end how fast you will profit per day/week/month etc.

Also here you have what a ponzi scheme is. Plus
to explain that.

After 30Days of not investing anything into the site it will stop mining because you have to invest if you do not buy at least another 20 "KH/s" - as of today that is about 6$.

Obviously that seems pretty tempting and probably way too easy and sketchy to get money. True!
I am not claiming that this Website is a scam - they ARE paying daily (if you hit the minimum payout limit)- but the question is how?
Many people asked that and no one seem to have an answer to that! Not even their e-mail support seems to care to answer back nor answer questions
Definitly read this thread at bitcointalk.org before investing into the site.
Some people with knowledge looked into their "numbers" and proofed them wrong.

WHY AM I POSTING THIS?

I, myself, was almost going to invest aswell even if it was a ponzi scheme.. the only time you have to worry is your ROI (Return Of Investment) time. After that you are good to go and from there on everything is pure profit!
If you invest (x) you will, regardless of what you invest, need about two to three months to make your money back. Then again everything from there is profit. Since the website has been around for ~1.5years I figured trying it would be a great opportunity.

BUT there will be a Bitcoinhalving in ~30 Days from today.
In short that means that people who mine (eventually you) will be receiving less bitcoins because they are "halved". That way more bitcoins are going to be "released" and miners basically earn less I believe. Not really an expert to this and I can not explain that further but you can read everything here!

IF HashOcean is really a scam they will break down before the halving and run off with their ponzi money.
So I highly suggest waiting out the halving before you put any money in!



I hope I expressed myself somewhat understandable - if not use google and other Forums to inform yourself more about The Halving and HashOcean!

Also, why does MPGH allow such stuff to be advertised if it is not clear how these websites make their money and are a potential scam?
