    Middle Dot Usage:
    There are 4 modes for the Middle Dot. OFF, LOCK, ANCHOR, SIZE.
    OFF - Middle Dot is turned off. UDLR turned off
    LOCK - All UDLR (up down left right) hotkeys are disabled, dot stays.
    ANCHOR - UDLR is activated. The keys will move the dot UDLR according to the key pressed.
    SIZE - UDLR is activated. Up reduce height. Down increase height. Left Decrease length. Right increase length.

    The big X button to close it doesn't end the program.
