Even ignoring the other planets orbits and multiple star systems, also, please show me the 1 in a billion trillion, for all we know the universe might end, not sure how one would even calculate that.

Well the equation you would use is called the Drake's equation and no it's not fucking based off that retard. It was created by Dr.Frank Drake in the 1900's but at the time it was wildly ridiculed and still is to this day. Anyways the equation is as follows (keep in mind we still don't have everything)

Now there is a whole dept to the equation and what it all means and how you would solve it, if you actually give a crap then wiki it but I doubt I can get you to believe me.
