Okay so i downloaded another source it fixed it but now i have another problem sign..

So now it says port 80 being occupied.

if you didn't fixed it yet, stop apache at xampp. It should work then.

There has been multiple coincidenses where people didnt know they had to rebuild xD I witness theese coincidenses very often by the time.

In vs, go to where that file is, right click it, delete
