Aye, I have almost two thousand dollars on my pp account and suddenly I have realized my pp account is limited.
I need to verify it, I have changed my password, receovery questions and now they ask for Driving License. And I'm under age 18, can I send them my father's one?

So they locked my account.
I have changed security questions, I have changed my password. This account was made by me, anyway the account is now locked and prevented from using till they respond because I also sent his driving license:

Was your adress correct?
Your father's document should work as long as the only mismatch is the first-name. I mean even if they reject it, you should be able to contact them and explain them the situation.

If u dont have cash inside that paypal, dont bother unlocking.
If u do have money inside, use a card to withdraw or request a check. Usually, it only requires 6 months before they are not allowed to hold any money legally.

Can you post screenshots? I've been limited since 2015 and I don't see any request a check options. Or do I have to call/contact them for that?

That is why quote me your Paypal Country. Many does not support check, but some does. Card works fine for me, pls tell me what country did u register under. Mine worked fine by adding a card and withdrawing after 6 months
