hey guys i need help modding :S. idk if this is possiable or not but just wondering.

i want to know how to make a crosshair mod. or if there is a tut on how to make please tell me. like or if u dont wana tell me can u make me one? its mod. so i want to exchange the old cross hair with the big circle one. its idea. dno if its possiable. i think its the same as crossmod idk :S. so please help me out

modding a game is not "illegal" i would be in jail already, ive been modding games for like 4 years... im preety sure i would be fucked by now.. so its not illegal
