GTA Allowing mods now?

This is just an assumption, I have recently used *****' menu 1.34 online, which now online mod menus put you into your own lobby where when you try join another player's it'll tell you that you basically have a corrupted file, but you can still give yourself money.

I gave myself 30 million and it's been 4 days, no ban received.
It's either because they don't want modders giving other people money online or ruining their fun, or it's a delayed ban.

I'm only 1% sure on this

Nobody who has just done money drops has been banned. Friends and I did it (10 people total) 0 bans received as of 2 weeks now.

if you go online with it right now and dont use anything in it you will get banned. dont believe me? okay try it out. Just load into online but dont activate any functions

used only hempus to mod money (spawned 11k bags, max 20mil every >12hours) and got banned (pre update).

no GTA is not Allowing mods they just put you in ur own lobby to keep you away from other players while you have mods installed till they get around to banning you

im still chilling on 70 billion and level 1337 from when I used to mod but current mods are detected and trigger a flag which makes R* investigate ur account and drop the ban hammer

The cheater's lobby always existed.. it's just that R* banhammered everyone instead of putting them there.
Making them effictively badsports. Someone put that stupid hat on R*'s heads.

no once you take the mod off they'll ban you its happened to me don't make the same mistake as me keep the mod
