How to connect to a router's login page, if I am not connected...

For me I go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 .
Edit: Oh, if you're not connected. I don't think that's possible.

if i get the IP i am pretty sure I can do it, i just don't have a way of getting said ip
