I like the colors, but not the border/text..it's a little weird.

All text's are too blurred, either don't blur it, or sharpen it a little.
The effects are in a fucking weird place mang, if I were you, I'd put them at the left and right side of the render, not at his belly.
The flow could be better, it's just going everywhere.
The render is very low quality, either get a HQ render, or don't sharpen the render.
The upper-left side of the render is blurred mang, WTF did you do that D:
The background is awkward, and doesn't fit with the effect's colors mang. I'd use an other color, or maybe just a black background.
The color scheme is weird doode, it's going from this color to that color and another color. Normally, that's good, but in this case, newp.
The blending could be better because the effects are very tiny.
The border just doesn't suit the whole tag, I'd go for a cinematic one(yay, they dominate the planet ) or a border with a matching color.(If you go for a cinematic one, BLACK COLOR /FOSHO.

The left and right sides are kind of empty but lighting on the bottom is good.
