Sure. Make sure you sign up from your home PC though. Where you'll be doing the offers. It may be because you're school uses a proxy or something. P4R is the BEST site for US residents but you have to use your home PC only.


Ok. Yes. If in Australia the next best options would be P2S or R1 but only P2S offers cash for offers instead of just rewards points.
