Not too sure but this did work for me

1. Open up Cheat engine 5.5
2. Go to the Docks
3. Go on the boat minigame
4. Set the speed up to 500%

If this does not work PM me and I will see if it still works....

This worked for me 3 week's ago so it might still work now
