i have made urban cammo skins for the m4a1 uzi ump pp19 and pp19cammo
the instructions on where to inject the files are in the readme file in the folder

I had a Nvidia GT 220 and I played MW2 with it but it blew up in my PC for no reason, now I have to use my crap ass Intel 4500HD that can't even run Combat Arms good even at the lowest settings.
