@dw3fan, +dd.shift did not beg for votes, he didn't even ask for votes. I know this for a fact. He has the votes because his tag is actually good and required quite a high amount of skill to make. One of the reasons he is in +DD int he first place. You need to gather proof before you accuse. Another thing, you have been warned before about asking and begging for votes and last time you were DQ'ed. You should have learnt your lesson then but obviously you did not.
