How to snipe and fire a pistol in same time?

How do you guys do it? I saw that it can be done with most different types of weapons (rifles, shotguns, knife, pistols). You guys snipe and as soon you shoot you do a pistol shot aswell... is there anything i should know? I play bs for like 4 years now never been able to do that. Please help

Its sniper glock. Mostly Its easy with this weapon: M24 and Glock21.
