I will be taking a closer hand into the section, Any problems you come to me. Moderators, any sort of situations also come to me. It's time things get whipped into shape. I will be contacting the Moderators soon regarding future SOTW's etc.

Change it to a tournament format with strict judges no public vote.

Simple as, and easy to enforce. Just make sure the judges know how to criticise pieces, and how to judge them.

Adds a bit more competition, and it can just be a tournament that stretches over a month, and then starts again the next month. Gives people more incentive to do better, rather then saying i'll just try again next week.

Czar is one of the only people that gives serious detailed feedback, so surely if that happened he would be a judge.
