Finding game functions in memory

Hi, point me to the right direction, please.
I want to find a game method 'JUMP' in game memory.

Game is x64 exe, packed with Themida.
I'm able to dump memory via injected DLL, but dump in different time, produces different results. I think themida dynamically decrypt/encrypt memory.
I'm able to run cheat engine, but unable to debug.

Well, JUMP is triggered via 'SPACE' button, also, there are other actions triggered via 'SPACE' button, but in different situations.

I think there should be a some stratagy to find methods like this?
Hook WndProc or something? Where to start?
