IP linked to a scammer. You need more than a "feeling it was hacked," implying you clearly don't care about it's status to not actually investigate whether all posts are yours. Not sure why you're appealing it.

If you just wanted to know why it was banned... the ban reason "Ban Evasion" clearly states why it was banned...
