Hello! umm, i am completely new to private servers in total, and ive been inspired to make my own, but, i have no clue where to even begin, i cant make a public server seeming as im on maybe an hour a day, and i cant afford a VPN, i only got 0.30 in paypal
but still, how can i make a server where i can have custom items, and i would like working dungeons and drops and whiet begs, so if someone could help me in how to do this, contact me on skype or maybe you can link me a guide, i got very very shit internet so downloading and watching vids could be a problem, but i might be able to make it work, thanks guys
