Seller has yet to deliver what was promised, after i paid told me balance was $0 and was going to refund me, then never refunded me. Told me he was going to replace with another 1000-1300 account, and still has not done it yet, so i'm not sure whats going on but i feel like seller took me for $330. giving seller liltle more time before opening scam report but deal with caution. as i have no received anything yet and its been over 5 hrs.

Well pretty sure he scammed me, oh well. i'll open scam report later, i guess i will update if he did rectify the situation but till then pretty sure got scammed.
