2 high quality logos for 10 euros its a joke.You won't find anyone willing to make 2 "high quality" logos for 10 euros.
This is not charity if you want quality you have to pay.

Definitely not getting anything 'HQ' for 10$, most places charge 100$'s people who undersell will not produce quality work most of the time.
