Modules not loading?

So, i gave a friend homiehackv6 and his modules are not loading. so he cant use nospread.
thing is. we have the same bin folder and the same lua
But he still gets a error , something like this

Could not load module library!
[C]:-1

Works great for me. so i dont know what im missing here.
any help much apprec. :D

Edit: crap, wrong section. Can a mod move this? sorry still new here.
