Well, I think that using the mod menu without giving yourself money is "safe" because giving yourself money and hacking the RP is what baned people. But, if you give money to other people, the antiban system wont detect you and wont ban you for doing that.

Im searching for someone that wants to give me money while I give him money, at the same time in the same session.

Isn't money dropping an instant ban now? I've not seen money drops for weeks now since last two updates. Are they still occurring?

You can't even drop money xD, and it's safe because many people don't like or can't use recoveries because they already transferred or whatever reason they have.

The function to createObject is still there, so it's wrong that's "not possible" and "drop the money" will be resulting in insta ban isn't the truth too.
If you can bypass the Anti Cheat and hook createObject you will be able to drop Money again.
On Times where Scripthook could used for this, they banned us too, by the Ban Hammer, but not instant.
So they will notice it anyway, even you got some of this Functions, so you need an ALT Account anyway.
The only thing is, we can't do it, at the moment.
