A.V.A. connection problem

Everytime I'm in A.V.A. I can't play a game for 5minutes. It disconnects my internet, disconnects me from the game and kicks me out of the game. I turned off my firewall, anti-virus, turned on TuneUp Utilities Turbo mode, closed ijji Reactor and ijji Optimizer. My connection ain't wireless and it only happens on A.V.A. I closed all possible visible programs that I don't need when playing. So, could anyone help me?

If I posted this at A.V.A. section they'd probably say the same. But this is called "Suggestion/Request/Help" so I decided to post here.
