I used to smoke tobacco, and they were actually 0.7mg, only gives you a high on the first cigarette for less than 5 minutes. Now that I only use tobacco for rolling spliffs I use 0.8mg tobacco. Why everyone on this website so quick to assume shit they don't even know?
