Necro issues

i run my old version necro for few days without any issues. and yesterday i restart my laptop. and i got some errors. i thought it may something happen. i downloaded a new version one. and have the same problem. can anyone help? thank you.

either the servers problem or its a permanent ban.
If you login through phone , you will get error : Cannot get game data from server
It shows that on my main account but my alternate still works - both are google.
So most probably you got banned

No.. U just have to wait till it works again, it could be just a Server issue but it could be probably just a ban. And you can't get rid of it.

It is a ban. not from sever. i got ban on my main account, which is level 39. 1.4 milion exp more will be lvl 40. i try to log on my phone. it said couldnt load from sever. log in other accounts, some are banned, some arent.
total i got ban my main account lvl 39; my sis acccount lvl 36.4 of my bot account lvl 25-35.
3 of my bot accounts doesnt get ban yet.
