how do you make mods

That depends what you want to mod. To mod sounds, you have to locate them in the system folders (crossfire/rez/snd2 is where most of them can be found). To mod emblems, weapon icons, killstreak, etc, find the image files (usually tga) in rez/UI and edit them with a program such as Gimp or Photoshop, and save them and POOF! You have mod! There are no current tools available for texture and model editing

That would be cool but a .rez editor for Crossfire has not yet been developed, and we have to wait untill the one used by z8 is leaked. So no graphics yeet
