Sometimes you need to wait 21 days.
If you didn't get the money after 21 days from the date of receiving the money, contact PayPal.

They are investigating the payment
So they make sure they are no Chargebacks or stuff.

But there can be several reasons why they do it, and its really hard to tell that
Can have to do with ebay, or previous payments you recieved, where people tried to chargeback etc

Not really possible to tell, best way is to contact paypal and ask them

Shouldn´t be long anymore, I´ll wait it out and see how´s it goine

Well, 2 weeks are not 21 days, obviously
Just wait, and the money should be aviable again, there is no way for you, to lift the 21 day lock earlier

Everyone do refunds, but I don't scam people... I SE / Refund / Charge back some companies.
