How can I spoof my GPS without getting soft banned?

Hello there everyone! I've recently been hacking on PokemonGO trying multiple different methods and bots, but there's an issue, whenever I spoof my GPS location to a place with good pokemons, I tend to get soft banned instantly, due to me travelling thousands of miles within a second. Is there a way I can bypass that? Is there a bot that for instance, makes me travel to that particular place instead of teleport or jump? Thank you for reading, anyway.
