Got scammed on MPGH a year ago. I lost my money, Scammer still active

A year ago, I got scammed by Pred.

And then this guy lied to staff and got his ban lifted

Pred. said he tried to reach me on skype for 3 days (P.S. the thread only started a day ago)

After all that,

Everytime I post about this case my thread got deleted or closed.

Why is that?

You were probably one of the inactive people, and he did a giveaway for what he scammed from you.

Everything was confirmed by high-ups, so tbh it isn't going to change.

I dont think 2-3days for not going into the post and reply consider as "Inactive" and deserve losing money.

Look at the orginal post which Pred. got banned.

It took a month to actually TEMP-ban Pred.

But then it only took 3days to take away my right to get back my money

Also, all the giveaway, and unban are based on his lie "Onto day 3 of trying to contact Ennis via Skype but have not received a response."

I mean this guy blocked me on Skype.

Don't really know what to say, but that entire situation was resolved and confirmed by the administrators of this site. Therefore, the only people who can re-open this case with predator would be them.

His giveaways were confirmed, and he actually gave away almost double what he scammed. Therefore, he wouldn't be required to refund anyone who did not claim it at the time he was issuing refunds. Unless @Dave84311 @arunforce or @Liz have something to add, I don't believe he will have to refund you.

So someone is okay to lied to staff to get his account unbanned?
I know everything is confirmed. But in 3 days?
I remember it actually took way longer than 30 days to ban Pred.

It's not like he didn't want to refund you. He did a giveaway that was equivalent in monetary value.

You weren't active on MPGH or Skype during the duration, and from what I remember, the process of refunding and giveaway were pretty long. We aren't going to make Predator pay on top of what he has refunded and provided in a giveaway.

Stop posting threads about it. You were already told to stop before.
