Hello, Im really fucked up..I ordered samsung galaxy tab s2, total over 530$ I get in chat and told about leaked and messy battery, rep told he will give me reffund and just waiting for proval because its high price order and they denied and asked for photos, what I could do now? I would really appraciate any advice

Create some photos of an acid leak and take a picture and send the photos to them.
Google acid leak and try to replicate it.
