I haven't played the game for months and now when i log in it says "Connecting.."

and game doesn't continue

Are you still using Aeria Games launcher?
If you are download the new one off En Masse.

Did you try to turn off firewall? Did you try running as admin?

Seeing you haven't played this game in months, you must be unaware of the new host, AeriaGames is no longer running AVA.

Visit https://www.ava.enmasse.com and you'll see Play For Free, create an account there and download AVA, you also have to migrate your AeriaGames account to this host, there are tutorials on their site (EnMasse), their launcher is buggy so you have to run it as Admin sometimes

Solved after installing the game by the buggy launcher
