Is it possible to buy custom PSN accounts?

I'm gettnig a new ps4 soon, and I was wondering if its possible to buy PSN accounts?
or if i buy a psn account with fifa 16 lets say, and I login to my original account will i be able to play fifa 16?

Hey there mate i'm pretty sure your in the right place to buy accounts. Just buy an account with details deactivate it sign it into your ps4 activate it as your primary head to account library download games then exit out of it and never ever ever ever go back in to that account log into your personal account and they should be downloading on your account wait to complete then enjoy. so i could lets say buy an account with 2k16, login to that account set my ps4 as primary then log out. Login to my main account and download

You buy the account log into the account after deactivation download game and what ever goodies they may have from that account then log out of account and into yours and it should show up on your account downloading.
