Today, the day the STEAM PC Modern Warfare 2 Customers finally had their release day, the IWNet server(s) stopped functioning correctly.

PC players experiencing troubles when connecting to IWNet. When you click PLAY on the multiplayer screen you just get this "Please Wait: Connecting to IWNet" And it stays that way. We don't talking about new players. Can be all worked fine and suddenly it is "GAME OVER".

So if IWNet worked for you... don't touch anything. The problem is on Infinity Ward's side.

It's the second time Activision publishes a CoD title without providing the consumers with sufficient Master Server capacity.

We'll report when there is any "official" confirmation or information.

psh.. I'm using the legit version .182. I click play, it says connecting for 2 secs, then it's all good. I know the .175 has been patched. Whatcha mean by "today IW released blah blah blah(i don't remember )"
