These are the settings you can use to stream with in internet wise. The bitrate is tested on 720 p resolution.

Thats the problem of living in the UK. Internet is shit unless you are living right next to the exchange. My dad works for Bt and hooked me up for free but still...

Don't worry, you're not alone, I have a shitty internet too, unless if I lived in an apartment, I could get both 300/300.

He can stream just fine, and non-partners can't get over 3500 bitrate.

Any internet above .70 to 1.00 upload can be used for streaming if the settings were optimized and well done, and like I said non partners can't stream above 3500 bitrate on Twitch.tv - It might not be the best of what he has, but best enough to use it streaming and not have so much pixelation, since anything under 2.000 bitrate may or may not have pixelation. I used to have something like .70 Mb's upload, and I still streamed regardless of my upload speed, even if you have a bad internet, you can upgrade it later when you have a wider audience, get partnered, have loads of donations, and in order to achieve that, you need to be entertaining even with shitty internet... There is a wise saying "Take the best out of what you have, work with it and later appreciate those who helped your way through by being there and helping you with the best of what they had".

No dude,for 480P at 30 FPS its excellent,for 720P at 60 FPS you are going to definetly get FPS in game loss and overheating your cpu and gpu,its enough to start your streaming job ^^

Its fine a 750 ti would also do the job with an i5 4460. Personally rocking i7 6700 and gtx 1070 but thats me ya
