amazon.com cooldown for while?

I have noticed that amazon.com is going down like uk slowly.
If you have fresh account and 300$ order - theres small chance to refund.
Before 15 minutes rep said now 350$ is high value item...
rep and supervisor limits are low also.You can refund only if you have good account history.
My own experience.

It won´t die imo..the majority is shutting down but there will always be actual package lost and as long as this is the case there will be refunding.
That´s only for the easiest..imagine how many more excuses you can use
