He meant to say if you sell your LoL account to someone on mpgh you cannot use an outside MM during the transactions. If you sell it to someone out of mpgh you can do what ever you want

I get your point, what if someone from HERE make an account on ANY OTHER site to use an OUTSIDE MM which again follows under the guideline
