    Nope. You're missing steam files or game cache files. Right click the game in steam and find "Verify cache file integrity" or whatever it is. And restart Steam after that. Don't turn on any hacks or blockers.

    You download a hack like Delete iw4mp.exe and replace by the exe in the files
