The desktop version of Adguard has been my adblocker for a while; it's better than every other adblocker I've come across. It has many features and works system-wide (all browsers, skype, etc.).
uBlock Origin is also an excellent adblocker and has been better than Adblock Plus for years. People who still used Adblock Plus should have moved on a long time ago.
