Help Running debug console ingame

Hello. I recently discovered something that allows me to become admin on any server (with what seems like limited powers). I have managed to kick and ban players at will, as well as close servers. I would like to know if there is a way to access the debug console (or something to allow me to run more advanced commands) so I can spawn in items and things of that similar nature. So far I seem to only have access so # commands that are typed through chat.
