Totems of Nulgath

Hello friends of MPGH.

When I use a simple bot for farming Totems of Nulgath in Cetera rev 5.8
It seems like its broken?
When I complete the quest ur supposed to pick the ToN or a Gem.
Is the Bot able to pick the ToN with packets?

Someone made a bot to fix the issue if you're using Voucher Item, I'll update once I find it, there is a way to pick it up with advanced function related packets but you'd need a sniffer before you pick it up to get the ID of it.
