It is by Techsource, he is credible and if it's just for gaming yea it seems pretty good for it's price. But I honestly would try and save up as you can do better. Patience is key.

I would love to save up but with school being ass and not being able to work fulltime, I'm on a very low budget

TechSource is a decent channel so going by that fact, I would say it's fine.
It's definitely underpowered. But $350 is a meh price range in my opinion.
