all they can do is have 24/7 patrol/watch team because the "clowns" literally hide in bushes and behind trees and shit all times of the night
and theres like, dozens, if not hundreds, of "clowns", its happening in multiple states, its like a cult or some shit.

dont think anything serious has actually happened (confirmed murders/rapes/whatever)
i think so far the reports have just been about them chasing people and yelling at people from down the road or trying to convince kids to go with them etc.
