$40 TF2 unusual for some items! (For $30 value!)

Ok so, I recently started doing rwt, and I am now going to make my first thread

So this is pretty straight forward, I want tops set for a wizard and a warrior and a 6/8 maxing service for them.
The unusual I am selling is Stormy Storm Gentleman's Ushanka imgur.com/a/yWelm .

From what I gather this is pretty large overpay, but I'm pretty new, so if this is wrong or you have some advice, I'd love some help.

I will go first, but I will only buy from highly vouched members who own maxing threads.

Not a lot of tf2 traders, and you're looking for something specific. My recommendation would be to trade for CS:GO items or paypal/btc and go from there.
