You need to join through an invite of someone else using this patch.
or join a steamgroup and then join someone thats in the game

I've tried 5 different cracks.. all of em had the same problem.. You CAN invite but it's grayed.

sorry but this not work....On Steam with a friend makes you not accept the invitation!

this only gets you past the "steam connection Error". You cannot join private games. If you send an invite, your friend only gets the message/alert, but no way to accept the invite. the "join game" option is grey out when you right click their name.
