maybe use a vpn? is far is i know only vpn is capable of that ( and knowing said account country )

A VPN wouldn't work. I know a method, however it's not for sale. I do hope you find what you're looking for tho OP. When you buy, make sure its not a public method someone is trying to sell you. Best of luck.
